About the team
Grace and Gareth took over the ownership of the Practice from Grace’s parents Mr and Mrs Dentith on their retirement in 2013. Grace is the Principal Dentist and Gareth the Practice Manager. Between them they run the practice with the same values and ethos which with it was created.
All of our highly trained staff are carefully selected to continue to provide the superior quality of care and personal service that our patients have come to expect over the years.

Principal Dentist
Miss Grace Dentith BDS (Newcastle 2005), MFDS RCS (Ed), Dip Con Sed
GDC Registration: 85688
Grace qualified from Newcastle Dental School in 2005 and has since worked in general practice in Ashington, a postgraduate training post at Newcastle Dental School and as a Senior House Officer in the Maxillofacial Surgery Department at Middlesbrough Hospital.
In 2007 Grace also gained Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons.
Grace returned to Rutland from the North East with Gareth in 2008 to take over her mother’s patient list following her retirement from clinical work.

Associate Dentist
Mr Jaime Peacock BDS (Newcastle 1991)

Jaime Peacock joined the practice in 2015 taking over Graces father’s patient list following his retirement. He is a very experienced practitioner who has worked in general practice for over twenty years.

Associate Dentist
Mr Rishi Bathia BDS (Kings 2013)
GDC Registration: 244391
Rishi Bathia joined our team in 2020 and replaced Miss Hampton. Mr Bathia qualified from Kings College London in 2013 and has since worked in general practice. Rishi has a keen interest in all aspects of general dentistry and strives on providing excellent patient care. Outside of work, Rishi enjoys most sports and plays badminton and tennis regularly.

Dental Hygienist
Miss Rebecca Bakewell Dip DH

Becky joined the practice initially as dental nurse in 2002 and was then selected for hygienist training at Newcastle Dental Hospital where she completed her Diploma in Dental Hygiene in 2006. Becky has built up an excellent rapport with her patients and recently has dropped to part time hours with the birth of her two young sons.

Dental Nurses
All of our dental nurses are registered with the General Dental Council or currently undergoing training to gain their National Diploma in Dental Nursing as certified by the NEBDN to achieve registration.
